StudioMF.AtomTransform CP.1 - Atom Position/Rotation Copy/Paste

Atom Position/Rotation Clipboard provides the functionality for transferring and zeroing out coordinate and rotation values. (Theoretically compatible with all Atom types, including CUA, Person, Light, and Empty atoms. This function, as an instant operation, should not be integrated into any multifunctional plugin that involves saving scene states. Instead, it is designed to be a compact, always-available mini mountable plugin.)
