Molmark submitted a new resource:

Apartment kit 3: floors, tops and stairs - 71 assets for building your apartments

Top have one texture, for not to go into micromanagement at all, but here 4 textures for floors.
They are all represented for 3x3, 4x4, and 6x6 rooms. Some of them have hole for stair, some going already with stairs.
Also, separate stairs are included for free placement.
