in the in game hub look in textures and search tattoos or body writings there aren't a lot of pages but I think you'll get that on the first page. That top I think it's from a dress preset I just can't remember the dress.

Dam and the dress I thought it came from was the wrong one also but maybe it could have been from this preset collection
