Instruction -
Just add plugin script included in VAR-AnimatedWetSkin.cs.
You can adjust Speed, Scale, Opacity inside plugin

I still have to find a way to make loop longer but unity's 8k res limit is issue. have to found workaround!

why is the water going upward around some part ?

Because it's an animated skin (cloth), the drips are animated, there's no gravitationforce on it...
