An hourglass icon appears and unity resources cannot be loaded.

In some scenes, such as kittymocap 458, unity resources cannot be loaded, and a red hourglass icon will appear next to the UI menu. Has anyone encountered such a situation?

Several times when there's problems with CUA being loaded for example.
Wait longer or load the scene from a fresh started VaM or maybe the scene itself has issues.
