Alternative image sequence video renderer or improve some of them

I'm not sure, did not check all hub for it.
Does hub has plugin for video rendering like VRRender, which can bake every frame as image sequence with resolution settings, framerate and etc.? Not all computers can hold scene with many props and characters with stable fps.
VRRenderer has almost all features, but it does not work well with reshade, sss and particles. Changing window resolution scale or window size could help to render every frame as screenshot with all effects and with good quality.
