Fixed issue with hair

Fixed name for hair from "Test Hair" to "Accent Bangs"

Adjusted colour of accent to make hair more vibrant.

Tweaked hair slightly for better performance, quality difference is negligible.

Looks like it is an issue with Chrome not liking the hub website or the encoded .vab file in the var. I just tried to do it with several other well known files and it gives the same warning. Most likely from the recent update to chrome. I would suggest downloading directly from the in-game hub instead. If you would still prefer to download through chrome, and you go to your downloads in Chrome and choose "Keep File" to override it.

Seems to have been a temporary issue. Chrome works properly again - but thanks for looking into it!

Just merged the morphs together. As I build all my looks with built in morphs.. there tends to be a lot. This should clean it up quite a bit.

Changes to license and presets

- Removed dependencies that prevents commercial use and replaces with assets that allow it.
- Updated license to allow commercial use.
- Added 'no tattoo' preset.
- Updated scene and removed studio, replaced with new model showcase to cut down environment dependency.
