Question add morph for clothing?

hi,
I was wandering if someone here knows if it is posable to add morphs to clothing?
I did notice that some original vam clothing like female underwear has some different version that you can apply.

There are morphs for glasses that i have seen. they don't deform the mesh they move the glasses along axis and rotate them.
