Hey everyone,
I’m Simon the founder of Pig Bros Productions. I build an original character — Akiko — in Virt-A-Mate and turn VAM work into finished VR videos (POV, 3rd person, passthrough, 5K/8K).
VRPorn.com just published a Pornstar Spotlight on her:

They treat a CGI character as a studio pornstar: customizable avatar, gothic “dark” side, dance, domination, passthrough. She has a own lore and every videos is connected to the others.
The article never names Virt-A-Mate. That’s the part I wanted this community to see. She starts here.
Akiko is original. Not a celebrity lookalike. Copyright is mine. All of the animations and the scenes are done in VAM; when I use Hub content I credit it as usual.
Not here to dump a storefront. Just sharing the article and saying the quiet part: VAM work can leave the Hub and still be recognized as a character with a name. May be it's nothing. But I'm happy of that.
This post is also a thank-you.

CuddleMocap — you showed that mocap in VAM can feel like a real body, not a puppet, and that the same scene can become a proper VR video, 2D cut, and script. That pipeline is a big reason I kept pushing Akiko out of the sandbox and onto sites like VRPorn. He is also a very good friend and help me a lot.
Ispinox — the consistency of shipping VAM scenes and videos, with a character, a setup, and a finished watchable piece, is the model a lot of us quietly study. Extraordinay talent in the hand by hand animation. I love his work and he is so kind.
SplineVR — your characters and skin work (and the way you take looks into full scenes and VR / passthrough videos) are a reminder that the person on screen has to hold up in close-up, not only in the Hub preview thumbnail. Total different kind of content, but his thecnics is supreme. He inspire me a lot with his work. Very best luck for you.
KittyMocap — the mocap library and the VR videos that come out of it are a masterclass in motion. Anyone animating sex in VAM has stolen a lesson from that work, whether they admit it or not. I never spocke with her, but she gave me a lot of ideas for my works. Thank you.
And thanks to every creator who dumps looks, clothing, plugins, environments, and scenes on the Hub. Akiko does not exist in a vacuum. If this Spotlight happens, it happens because this community spent years making VAM look like a production tool instead of a toy.
