First, you gotta have some AltFuta appearance presets (the ordinary ones), Alt Futa skin presets for them (those saved within AltFuta plug-in) for those appearance presets, and their respective skin presets (native VAM skin presets).
1. Add an AltFuta character to your scene. It must have the wonderful RunRudolf.RealisticForeskin&Erection Plug-in which is getting even better with each update.

Hi! Well, the idea of this mess of a tutorial I made was to change custom AltFuta appearances which happen to have male features, in an easy way, just like in several scenes you can change the appearances of female (and sometimes male) appearances. The subjacent idea or concept here, is to help male-on-male gay sex to reach the same level of availability and quality that straight or lesbian sex already have. Therefore yes, these AltFuta appearances (they can look like ladyboys, or like ordinary males, no matter), retain penetrative abilities while they can be penetrated in the most explicit way as well, sometimes at the same time, like for instance during the "Anal Train" position in gay sex.
Anyway, the right way to swap custom made AltFuta appearances is explained in Runrudolf's Realistic Foreskin & Erection Simulation Plug-in (the updates tab, post of July 23, I think). The most important think for that is to have Torso and Genitals texture with specific names, and all together in same folder.

Nah... I see you're quite new to Virtamate, that's it. You'll learn stuff as long as you keep experimenting with scenes and content. I'm also quite new to Virtamate, but I eperiment a lot with it, and I've worked with Daz3D (the human figures, their morphs, and so many assets like sceneries, clothing or furniture come from Daz3D) and Unity, so if you have any query or trouble, I'll be glad to help if I can.
