Q. How do I set up 2-Factor Authentication or Change my Password?


In your Account Settings, navigate to "Password and Security", or choose "Password and Security" from the drop-down menu under your Username.​

This form gives you options for enabling 2FA. You will have to re-enter your password, then you can choose "Email" or "App" as a way to authenticate for 2FA.​

To change your password, simply fill out the password fields in the "Password and Security" section and click "Save".​

Q. How do I change my privacy settings?

In your Account Settings, navigate to "Privacy", or choose "Privacy" from the drop-down menu under your Username.​

Here you will see various options for controlling who can view your content and activity. To adjust whether users can view your online status or activity and to control whether or not your birthday (If you have entered it in your About info) is displayed, see Privacy Options:​

Birthdays will be displayed in your profile's About section, and Activity/Online Status will appear in your profile header:​

To adjust who can view your content, see the "Allow users to" section:​

Each item here gives the following options:​
- "All Visitors" (Both registered and unregistered visitors to the Hub)​
- "Members only" (Only those who have a valid registered account)​
- "People you follow" (Only those members who you have "Followed")​
- "Nobody" (Only administrative staff can view this content. Note: moderators cannot view your Curated Favorites if they are set to "Nobody" as we felt this would be unnecessary and invasive from an administrative standpoint)​
The following content categories are provided:​
- "View your details on your Profile Page" (Visitors who do not meet this requirement will receive a "This user limits who can view their profile" message when trying to view your profile)​
- "Post messages on your profile page" (This controls who can post to your profile)​
- "Receive your news feed" (This controls who can view the "Latest Activity" tab on your profile)​
- "Start conversations with you" (This controls who can send you DMs on the Hub)​
- "View your identities" (This controls who can see your social media links in the About section of your profile)​
- "View your curated favorites lists" (This controls who can view the "Favorites" tab on your profile. Additionally, Favorites collections can be individually set to "Private" from the Favorites tab)​
