Hi There, The VAR file you download comes with several presets built in. When you click load preset, if you don't see the built in ones, select the VAR file from the left side of the menu and they should show up

Well that explains a few oddities Ive experienced in the past. Sometimes I put High Quality physics on just because I have the FPS headroom to do so. It never correlated but I noticed several times the breasts colliders were far too sensitive compared to normal. This explains it!

I am in love with your Workout plugin. Ive been messing with it since you released it in ShakeIT and it adds yet another awesome layer of realism! I decided to modify E-Motion so that its breathing mechanic can be driven by the Gloss value created by your plugin and it works awesome!

Id just came to report the same issue. when I save a scene with work-out enabled, if I load that scene later workout is disabled and my custom values are gone. I can still save and load setups via plugin presets though

Pretty much. I use a very high fresnel and relatively low specular value on my character to give her dry skin and keep edge lighting. When the plugin gets her really sweating its quite obvious, and if I freeze the scene and lower the fresnel a bit, it looks much more realistic
