Scaling the player, bypassing parameter limits, and community open source contributions...

You can already scale the world (everything except the VR camea) and individual objects, what do you mean by "appropriately"? As for the range, indeed a few things cannot be scaled indefinitely, but using both the world scale and the atom scale, you can get pretty gigantic (mountain-sized)...

    Support LeapMotion GEMINI V5.3 ???

It's not a bug, Leap Motion made breaking changes. You can only use Gemini 5.0.0. I'm confident VaM 1.x won't get an upgrade.

Female Hands Missing for all the Female Vam Users

Possession is indeed the best option right now. You can try Improved PoV to improve the camera during possession, I personally rare use the "floating hands" anyway. The only drawback is you cannot easily move around with possession, though you end up having a body and arms, which I personally...

Completed (1.20.1.6)Ability to disable or override built-in shortcuts (quick win)

Quick question, will this also allow disabling the VR controller buttons, to customize them? I'm specifically thinking about using the x/y buttons on Oculus controllers (and whatever they are named in Steam) to bind them to other commands since they do the same things as their right counterpart...

Ability to remove atoms in "Select" menu

Ah, true, I'll check with Meshed about this thanks :)

Ability to remove atoms in "Select" menu

@lapiroman yes but since all button are already mapped, I'm not sure how useful it'll be. I'll try and make fuzzy find available in VR though, I know I'd like that!

Ability to remove atoms in "Select" menu

Thanks for the nice reference @MacGruber :) It's going to be released in early access once the next VaM version is out, and it should help with those kind of actions.

Could we get a "merge load" button on the toolbar?

Long press maybe? (long press would pop another button upwards) - just an idea

Completed (1.20.1.6)Ability to disable or override built-in shortcuts (quick win)

Will there be a precompiler directive for this version? This will let me show a helpful message if installing the plugin on older versions: The plugin is gonna be great I think :D You'll probably be interested in it yourself to quickly navigate vam using fuzzy commands search (check the...

Completed (1.20.1.6) VaM 1.20.1.4 beta missing packages feature

Those are great enhancements, thanks! (Hope it didn't steer you too far from 2.0 :P )

Completed (1.20.1.6)Ability to disable or override built-in shortcuts (quick win)

Thanks, that will greatly increase the usefulness of what I'm working on, and potentially allow for other control schemes eventually! Have a great day!

Completed (1.20.1.6)Ability to disable or override built-in shortcuts (quick win)

I'm currently writing a pretty powerful plugin for advanced keyboard shortcuts, but I have a small issue that should be fairly easy to solve in VaM. There's a lot of keys that are "hardcoded" in VaM, and therefore there's no way for me to "overwrite" them. That means arrow keys, F1, Tab and the...

Finding plug-in’s in my long list is exhausting!

I agree, being able to organize them would be a welcome addition. I know 1.x is not going to receive much love, but what would be nice would be a full organization mechanism rather than a side bar. By package, by folder, by tag, by favorites, by date added, by last used, and being able to move...

Completed (1.20.1.6) VaM 1.20.1.4 beta missing packages feature

@meshedvr just had a chat with one of Timeline's users who also had issues with many scenes depending on many versions of Timeline, cluttering the list (when in this case you usually just want the latest, with maybe a few exceptions). Because this thread is a mix of multiple request, the...

Timeline Trigger Rearrange/Sort and Copy/Paste Action

The Timeline plugin (if that's what you mean) has the ability to copy and paste triggers, but if you're talking about VaM in general yeah, copying individual trigger actions would be useful. I usually just go and copy them directly in the JSON file in vscode instead :)

    That's a very good idea!

Completed (1.20.1.6) VaM 1.20.1.4 beta missing packages feature

Sorry for the spam, I think this is all closely related... for scenes there's the "package info" button at the bottom, a "open in Hub" would be nice for the same reason as the previous post!

Completed (1.20.1.6) VaM 1.20.1.4 beta missing packages feature

Actually, the Scan Hub button in the package manager didn't do anything because I didn't accept the built-in browser (which I appreciate as a feature by the way!). The feedback about the missing packages v.s. "I already have a more up to date version" also applies to the missing referenced...

Completed (1.20.1.6) VaM 1.20.1.4 beta missing packages feature

The missing packages list in the package manager (on the bottom left) shows a very long list of missing packages that I actually have, but more recent. I understand wanting to reference the "right" version but it would be nice to show a _missing_ package and one that doesn't have the right...

Web/Http allowlist instead of only on/off

I prefer keeping the web browser and http loading off, but there are a few hosts I wouldn't care much about blocking (like youtube, imgur, etc.). I think it would be nice to: 1. See what domain is being blocked when something is not being loaded 2. Be able to add it to an allowlist (manually in...
