As we answered in our conversation message, we do not give out access to the API and will not respond to requests for proprietary information about our code.

Looks like your var contains a file somewhere with a filename that is too long. Any filenames that get close to the 100 character filename limit will be rejected.

We have more detailed error logging now, and the system now catches errors that it didn't previously. This is a good thing. In order to diagnose, as the message says, you need to contact a staff member. Did you try to reach out to a staff member directly? We have to manually investigate...

For a more hacker way, you can edit the scene's save file (scene.json) and do a find search for "hair" which will eventually lead you to exactly which hair the model is using.
