Horror/Monster Looks or Scenes?
Off the top of my head, @Syrinxo did a monster look and a scene, but they aren't that extreme: There were a couple of other spooky scenes from over a year ago on the VAM Reddit sub, where the female was a little spooky, but not as extreme as what you are looking for (from what I recall).
