Thanks for the replies! I worked it out. My machine had an older Gen core i7 that I can't even upgrade to Windows 11. I transferred the RAM and graphics card to a new machine with a newer Gen intel i7 chip (making one machine from two) and everything works great now. Thanks again! ~TT
