If "lisa" morphs are part of var package, make sure said morphs are preloaded.
Find "lisa ass" morph and click on cube ( ) package icon.
It should open package manager and select package containing said morph.
Once selected go top right blue tab "user prefs" and make sure...
Could be that you installed VaM inside admin-rights protected (write-protection) folder? Therefor prefs.json file can't be edited ("firstTimeUser" : "false").
Make sure VaM is fully closed, than try running it as admin.
Make sure Shader quality is not set to low (user preferences).
EDIT: Also as @HolySchmidt suggested, try clearing cache. It helps, especially with glitchy/failing to load textures.

-on session plugins tab load your plugins (that can be used as session plugin)
-goto session plugin presets
-click on top "change user defaults" > "set current as user defaults"
-restart vam and plugins should be loaded inside session plugins tab

Pretty much. Unless you wanna look inside package and compare dates and stuff, to see if it was modified/manually created.

Viewing package inside package manager, you can check if it has reference issues (usually local references not included/content outside vars).
That info also...
Other than ignoring it... not much you can do about it.
Usually a result of lazy creators that manually edit package meta and remove dependencies.
Therefore its natural when you load said look or scene that you are greeted with errors,
even if you have downloaded all dependencies and package...

The issue here, based on 3rd image.
You are trying to trigger (Add Volume Action) inside AudioSource atom itself.
Those actions are use for when audio clip is playing (or not), for example to change light intesity or color.
If you play @1440p or with VR, I would say that's about right for mid-tier hardware that is 5 years old.
RX 5700 XT might be 1440p card back in 2019, but now is just 8 GB 1080p card.
Tbh you should look into GPU upgrade and if you are planning to stay on AM4 platform also consider CPU upgrade...
Just wanna point out that CCX (core complex) is not the same as CCD (core complex die).
There is extra latency with 2 CCDs, but also there is extra latency between CCXs inside CCD (case with Zen, Zen+ and Zen2 cpus).
Reason why cheaper Ryzen 3 3300X with 4 cores and single CCX was outperforming...
Directional light is pain to work with... from flickering, low res shadows, to halo/glow artifacts around hair.

You can't do person#1 save slot 1 and than restore/transfer on person#2.
There are many unused leftover stuff in vam.
It would be cool if those triggers work that way, but sadly they don't.

Save slots are temporary saves, used to quickly transfer material settings to another (similar type) atom.
Example: you have red cube with textures, save material settings to slot 1, add new cube atom and than load (restore) slot 1 to transfer...
HFD is main dependency inside Gwen package, nothing to do with Athletic Set (with 0 dependencies).
Inside scene and appearance preset you are referencing Left Fingers Grasp (pCTRLlFingersGrasp.vmi) from HFD package.
