Fixed: MMD Master failed to load with "The namespace 'UnityEngine.Networking' is prohibited" when VaM's Allow Plugins Network Access setting is off (VaM's default). It now loads with that setting off; nothing else changed.

One more thought. Maybe the legs were stuck by collision with the floor. Try turning the floor or the character (Person)'s collision off and see if the legs move then. When a motion is loaded, MMD Master moves the character to the "floor"; it treats the character's root as the floor level...
