    Like you I have VaM on another disc but I don't have any problems with 'C' filling up. I did a 'search' for 'VAM' on 'C' and found a few VaM related items but nothing substantial. 'C' is used for storing screen recordings (unless you change that location) and anything on your Desktop.

    Thanks for the info. The cache 'was' huge!!!! Since I emptied it I've worked on one scene for around four hours and my cache is 2.6GB. It wasn't long before I stopped using VamX and went to the basic Vam as I wanted to do better.

    My purpose in turning that screen off is that I screen grab recordings to make videos and that WindowCamera screen is visible then. I never noticed any effect on performance but I'm sure you are right in that it has little effect.

    What do you use to launch your scenes? Do you use 'U' and go to scenes that way? I get what Battletoad08 is saying. I also note that scenes I save are json files. Is there a reason why we cannot delete var files in VaM?
