    I have the same in the new poses system sometimes. And apparently I have a perf issue similar as this when I load either a pose or an appearance with the new nvidia drivers. So I'm just doing what I told you and it goes away : )

    You should use the new pose system, it's more reliable, and you can ignore the root bone position, which allows much more flexible loads. The "I never had problem" is true... up until you have some ;)

    You have two version of the poses. Pose presets, or Pose in the physics tab which is also known as "legacy poses".

    Try the pose in a blank scene, at least with a very basic enviro and the same character. Also try with another pose. Your goal is to pin point the origin. Some pose cause so much physics jitter that you could wreck your framerate.

    Your json file is probably broken. It's highly unlikely you'll find a way to restore them. Besides using the original scene.

    You litterally just launch the desktop version. Blurry vision and headaches are common for some new VR users. Do short sessions and ensure the lenses are properly spaced. Overtime you'll get used to it.

    Nope. It's a render texture, if you want to get good quality it's supra intensive to render. You can eventually use VAMLive instead, but it's a simple "screen" simulation, you loose the perspective aspect of a mirror.

    Sim is baked and the texture itself gives the simmed/non sim threshold. Imagining what you're hoping to do, I think you'll have to work with the sim texture data and "animate" this yourself on the vertices... that might be a quite complex problem to solve without killing the framerate.
