There's a dependency application in the Hub if you don't want to search the scene's JSON. I'd bet it's a morph in the female, check the red ones.

Instead of making a customised version of Timeline, you should share the idea with the creator.
I can imagine that if making a mocap Timeline in VR makes a lot of sense, but if keyframing manually I would rather have the precision of the mouse even if posing the person is more difficult.
