How to add movement to balloons and pool floaties?

Why don't you try a Force atom type in them?

Have you ever observed it carefully? All Vam character models have the wrong ear shape.

This is a DAZ G2 figure. You're free to make a morph for it.

Well, it's not the orifice people pay more attention to anyway.

Licensing Question concerning "Questionable" Hub Hosted Item

There's a dependency application in the Hub if you don't want to search the scene's JSON. I'd bet it's a morph in the female, check the red ones. Hub-hosted tag as @SlimerJSpud mentioned is advantageous for you as people can see your resource on the default Hub Browser view.

    Favor to Someone Smart

@Acid Bubbles hid tons of features for us to find them ;) Instead of making a customised version of Timeline, you should share the idea with the creator.

is timeline better in desktop or vr?

I can imagine that if making a mocap Timeline in VR makes a lot of sense, but if keyframing manually I would rather have the precision of the mouse even if posing the person is more difficult. Essentially it depends on what you want to do and you're free to try both approaches to compare.

Licensing Question concerning "Questionable" Hub Hosted Item

License and Hub-hosting are different things. If you upload a VAR to the Hub and all its dependencies are available in the Hub, then you get the "hub-hosted" tag, It won't matter the dependencies licenses, only if they're available to download from the Hub. If your resource is uploaded to the...

Licensing Question concerning "Questionable" Hub Hosted Item

Ideally Molmark should change the license to a CC one as he gave permission by text to use them, that woould make things more clear for everyone. You can check the box.

    They're called multipliers

    Any time-stop lover?

It's a theme you find more often in JAV, where usually the male has some form of "pausing and resuming" at will the people around him and well... do whatever he likes to them ;)

    Any time-stop lover?

Odd. I think I saw one at some point. Maybe it's not available anymore.

VAR files, Appearance Presets and Clothing Presets

I use folders inside AddonPackages so that I can keep it more organised and remove stuff I don't want to keep. It won't affect anything inside VaM, but you need to keep an eye to not have duplicates. Essentially it's like this, the less you have the closer it will be to the performance of a...

    Trouble Installing

To be on the safe side, download the vam_updater.exe file, place it in a new folder like C:\VaM, and run it. If you still have the issue right at the start you'll want to try using a VPN to download it.

    Trouble Installing

Where's your VaM folder? Needs to have write access permissions.

What size UI scale is everyone using?

Mind that VARs came several years after the first releases of VaM and without the VAR name that field could have been enough to read the local paths without much problem. Anyway, expanding that area would bring its own issues, there's always a catch. The person textures paths were something that...

How to add free scenes to VaM?

You can get a lower tier for using Hub scenes, although the Creator key has the complete feature set: https://hub.virtamate.com/wiki/getting_started/

VAR files, Appearance Presets and Clothing Presets

What to do you want to accomplish?

VAR files, Appearance Presets and Clothing Presets

If you read the guides you shoulld see a VAR is a zip file and like all you can extract its files. Extracting the files of a VAR to VaM does create several problems, you should be aware of that.

VAR files, Appearance Presets and Clothing Presets

A preset is text information only. A VAR with a look usually has non-text files, texture images for example, and those you'll still need. What the preset does is store in itself whatever is text based, like the values of morphs, hairs, etc, and for non text information it will store the paths to...
