She is a fictional Charakter. It came about partly from an attempt to model a large Asian woman. On the other hand, it was also based on the idea of designing a model that works really well with Everlaster's 'Naturalis'...
So I highly recommend using Naturalis v73. Or, even better, v93 if you've got it on hand. I've also included my Naturalis preset in the VAR for this.
It 'works' without it, of course. But it just looks better with it!
