The Adepta Sororitas, also known as the Sisters of Battle, is a military organization within the universe of Warhammer 40,000. They are an all-female faction dedicated to the service of the Ecclesiarchy, the religious organization of the Imperium of Man.

The Adepta Sororitas combine military might with religious fervor, seeing themselves as the Emperor's holy warriors. They are known for their fanatical devotion to the Emperor of Mankind and the eradication of heresy, corruption, and alien threats. Their primary objective is to protect the faith of the Imperium and ensure the survival of humanity in a universe filled with darkness and chaos.

As skilled warriors, the Battle Sisters of the Adepta Sororitas are equipped with power armor and wield a wide range of weaponry, including bolters, flamers, and melee weapons. They receive intense training in combat, tactics, and the rituals of the Imperial Cult. Each Sister is a disciplined soldier and zealous servant of the Emperor, willing to sacrifice themselves to defend the faith.

The Battle Sister is now available for released models. At the moment there is "just" the model in the colors of the order of the martyred lady without a fancy presentation scene, but i plan to revisit the franchise later and add a little bit more stuff. I will also add additional Armor like a helmet as well as some weapons and different color textures / golden Edges to also cover other popular fractions like the order of the bloody rose for example.

Everything is made with regular clothing items, which means there are no CUA's involved in this look.
The Armor is seperated into several items and many materials so you can dress/undress the clothing items and turn specific materials of a clothing item (the breast plates for example) invisible.
Here are some examples:

The Adepta Sororitas often bear numerous scars for several reasons:
  1. Rigorous Training: The Sisters of Battle undergo intense physical training and combat trials. Their training involves enduring grueling exercises, combat simulations, and battles against formidable foes. These rigorous trials often result in injuries and scars.
  2. Zealous Combat: The Sisters of Battle are at the forefront of fighting against heresy and enemies of the Imperium. They engage in relentless warfare, charging into battle with unyielding fervor. Their dedication to combat and their willingness to put themselves in harm's way lead to battle scars.
  3. Relentless Enemies: The enemies faced by the Sisters of Battle include heretics, mutants, daemons, and xenos. These adversaries fight with equal ferocity, inflicting wounds upon the Sisters during combat. The scars they bear are a testament to the dangers they face.
  4. Penitent Trials: In some cases, Sisters of Battle may undergo penitent trials, self-inflicted ordeals meant to purify their souls or seek redemption. These trials can involve physical self-flagellation or other extreme acts, leading to scars as visible signs of their penitence.
The scars borne by the Adepta Sororitas serve as symbols of their devotion, sacrifice, and indomitable spirit in service to the Emperor and the Imperium of Man. Each scar represents a battle fought, a victory earned, or a test of faith endured.

The fleur de lis tattoo on her face is symbolic of her devotion to the Ecclesiarchy and the Emperor. The fleur de lis is often associated with royalty, purity, and spiritual significance, aligning with the themes of the Adepta Sororitas.

Orphaned girls who show potential for becoming Battle Sisters are selected and brought into the Schola Progenium. There, they undergo rigorous physical and combat training, as well as instruction in the teachings of the Imperial Creed and the Ecclesiarchy. This is also where she got the tattoo on her wrist as her personal ID Code.

While it may not be a common or standard practice, individual Sisters of Battle can choose to have tattoos for personal or symbolic reasons.

Given the wide range of Orders and variations within the Adepta Sororitas, there can be Sisters who decide to mark their bodies with tattoos as a form of personal expression, religious devotion, or to symbolize their affiliation with a particular Order or cause.

This Sister has a large Tattoo on her left Torso written in High Gothic, which is a fictional language created for the WH 40K setting. High Gothic is considered a sacred language used by the Imperium of Man. It is often associated with religious and ceremonial purposes.

The reason purity seals (as well as this tattoo) are written in High Gothic is to emphasize their significance and to convey a sense of ancient tradition and mysticism. It reinforces the notion that these seals are meant to signify the purity and devotion of the individuals who bear them, often serving as declarations of their loyalty to the Emperor and the Imperium

The logo is the emblem of he Ecclesiarchy . It is the religious organization in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, dedicated to worshipping the Emperor of Mankind as a divine figure. It spreads the Imperial Creed, guides the faith of the Imperium's citizens, and has its own military force, the Sisters of Battle.

The text next to it consists of 2 parts:

"Coruscantibus armorum fulguris, surget pugna sororitas.
In umbra mortis et tenebris, fidei nostrae lumen triumphabit.
Sanctae feminae, custodes Imperatoris,
Per crucem virtutis, inimicum in aeternum conteremus.
Nos Deo sacrosanctae, ad astra et ultra,
Per iram divinam, puritatemque inexorabilis.
Ardemus in flamma vindictae, lux invicta Imperatoris,
In adiutorium nostrum, Deus Imperator."

Translation:

"In the blazing radiance of armaments, the battle of the Sororitas shall arise.
In the shadow of death and darkness, the light of our faith shall triumph.
Holy women, guardians of the Emperor,
Through the cross of virtue, we shall crush the enemy for eternity.
We, consecrated to the divine, to the stars and beyond,
Through divine wrath and unwavering purity.
We burn in the flame of vengeance, the invincible light of the Emperor,
In our aid, God-Emperor."

This scripture verse captures the fervor, dedication, and martial spirit of the Adepta Sororitas, emphasizing their role as devoted guardians of the Emperor and their unwavering commitment to their faith and duty.

"Surge, Sororitas, in armis fortitudinis!
Et in umbra mortis inimicos fidei conterimus.
Per sanguinem martirum et sacrificia sublimia,
Abyssus Daemonum sub pedibus nostris confringitur.

Translation:

"Arise, Sororitas, in the arms of fortitude!
Through virtue and fervor, the punishment of heretics is unleashed.
As the eagle soars toward the sun, so do we ascend to the glory of the Emperor.
Clad in indomitable strength and sanctity,
We confound the enemies of faith and scatter the legions of daemons.
Bloody crowns we place upon our heads,
In holy virtue, we confer victory and conquer the stars.
With us is God-Emperor, our strength,
The flame of piety engulfs the wicked and truth prevails.
Our justice is a shining sword, immaculate and eternal,
In the shadow of death, we crush the enemies of faith.
Through the blood of martyrs and sublime sacrifices,
The abyss of daemons shatters beneath our feet.
Our faith, unquenchable and uncompromising,
Defends the Ecclesiarchy and repudiates the enemies of sanctity.
Through the cross and the rosary, we find power within us,
In our hearts, the divine flame burns, purity and charity.
Hail Emperor, praise and glory to you for eternity!"

This scripture verse reinforces the dedication, valor, and unwavering faith of the Adepta Sororitas, showcasing their relentless pursuit of justice and their fervent devotion to the Emperor. It reflects their role as mighty warriors, defenders of the faith, and champions against the forces of darkness.
