VaM Produce 69 II – RC4 "Rebuilt from the Framework Up" Now Live!

RC4 is officially out — and this one isn't a content patch. It's an engine-level rebuild.

Where RC3b filled the season with content, RC4 rebuilds the stage it stands on: a leaner library, smarter playlists, a portable collection system, and the 1st Gen classics brought back the right way. This is the version where II stops being a sequel-in-progress and starts being its own thing.


What to expect from RC4

• A framework-based rebuild of the track library and localization — leaner, faster, lighter on every machine
• Brand-new Dynamic Playlists — view your library by Recently Played, Most Played, Artist, Stage, or any Tag combo, freely stacked
• A fully upgraded Personal Collection — unlimited entries, multiple custom mini-albums, one-click import / export, plus a new browser-based editor & converter
• A massive wave of new tracks, alongside the 1st Gen classics fully remastered — re-staged, not just re-imported

Important notes

• Coming from RC3 or any earlier version (including RC1 / RC2)? Your favorites file converts in one drag-and-drop. Drop your old save into the online tool at r18sv.github.io/produce69 and get an RC4-ready .p69save back instantly — no manual rebuilding, no lost favorites
• Please make sure all dependencies are fully updated before launching RC4

Framework-Based Track Library & Localization Engine

• The track library is now fully metadata-driven — every song, variant, tag, and stage flows through a single unified data layer instead of being hardcoded across the project
• The localization engine has been rebuilt from scratch: KR / CN / JP / EN switch live in-scene, with room to add more languages as data alone
• Net result for players: a lean, fast, focused experience — less memory, quicker loads, and a far cleaner foundation for everything that comes next

Dynamic Playlists – Find Anything in Seconds

• A brand-new dynamic playlist layer — the library now generates live views on demand, no manual sorting required
• Built-in smart views:
  Recently Played — your last sessions, surfaced automatically
  Most Played — your real top tracks, not your guesses
• TAG-based filtering, freely combinable:
  By Artist — every song from a specific performer
  By Stage — every track tied to a particular venue
  By Tag — mood, style, era, content rating, any tag the track carries
• Filters can be stacked (e.g. "Artist X on Stage Y"), and the resulting view is itself instantly playable — no need to commit to a list first

• No more list-size limit — collect as many tracks as you want
