Update：
1-Optimize material,Reduce file size from >160M to 76M.
2-Change wall texture to graffiti style ,Change the exterior env to look more like a community.
3-The chair and car can be moved/removed as required.

I had some dirty blender models and I turned them into a dirty city corner scene. In order to load some sex animations, I also made some scene layout design. The details are good. I have tested this in VR and PC, and the FPS performance is also good, Loading the asset preset with baking lights, and the FPS can be stable above 300 on my PC(RTX3080 Render1.25).
