No hip movement files fixed

Found an error on my part where the "no hip" movement files also broke the chest movement. These have been fixed.

Update to fix synergy issue

This update fixes an issue where the figure could explode if you go into the star menu (hub/scene selector) when synergy is in use.

Also, please note that when applying this to a figure, the figure name MUST be "Person". All plugin presets only apply to figures named the same as when the presets were created. I will look into seeing if this is updateable by Meshed, but...for now...make sure to name (or keep) the figures name as "Person".
