So this isn't a typical VAM post, I posted this because I am hopping some of you could assist me with some technical issue that I am tryin to work out. This scene was/is going to part of a bigger story based scene but I need to address some issues as I have reached a point where I am dissatisfied with the way I am putting together scenes, don't get me wrong I love what I am doing I just want to provide more immersion and realism to my scenes and while they turn out ok in most cases I feel like there is always room for improvement.
In this scene I used possession to record the animations for the singer and guitar player,
problem #1
How do I save animations using the scene animator or the atom animator and then recall them later?
problem #2
How do I sync the scenes animations with the audio? I added the audio as a simple audio source that's triggered on load with a Collison trigger. but as it plays well not even as it plays but right from the start sync is gone, the animation plays at different speeds it seems, and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to sync them together.

How do I have the charters move around the stage in different poses and animations without leaving the scene I suspect its done with subscenes and timeline and if so how do i use it, i cant figure it out. also how do I maintain audio sync during transitions and load alternate animations as I have noticed in the past when I use a subscene in the same scene to move characters around a room the current animation follows to the next scene and of course that blows up the whole scene at that point.
Any help or tips or tutorials you guys know of would be greatly appreciated.
