The Doll v3

Thanks to everyone who provided some valuable feedback! This update addresses:
* Removed references to Manda and Beto.
* Updated the preset loader tools that better describe where each preset should go. For further explanation feel free to visit https://www.patreon.com/posts/88679525.
* More testing and animation maintenance. I tested other models with the same scale applied and tried to give the animations room for slight differences with the geometry. Obviously, similar body proportions to the default atom will work best. However, as I mentioned I tried to make the animations more forgiving to slight differences.
