A Dance Studio for VaM with a large wall mirror. The different assets are user-friendly named and you should have no issue using it.
Poser source file from thoennes @Renderosity. Also includes a Balance beam.
Skybox not included.
Textured and baked in Unity. I had issues and found our Unity version baking a bit fidgety. For example, I could not get the shadows project on the floor. Sorry for that.
I hope to be able to prepare and bake my next rooms in Blender. If you happen to know the correct options and workflow from Blender to Unity, kindly leave me a message. That will be much appreciated!

Thank you for you comment. The guide I am looking for is for baking textures and lights in Blender. I believe the MacGruber's guide you are referring to is for creating Unity Asset. Correct me if I am wrong :)
