Do you mean how to trigger it? You need to trigger a deepthroat first. Then the button changes to trigger looping deepthroat and than it changes again to holding her down! Thanks for the review <3

while the animations are a little wonky and, as you've said, buggy, this is an amazing piece. I can see greatness that could rival, or even surpass the top creators on this site.
