Fixed finger morphs that were included in expressions

Fixed issue with expression buttons also resetting appearance morphs. Sorry about that!

Added expressions to the menu

Added:

4 more poses with only built-in morphs
Toggles for turning on/off walls and switching between front and back only and side walls only
Menu for easy switching between different viewpoints, built-in poses, and wall options
