Added 2 new wet clothing items. A wet tank top and a wet tube top.

I applied the same smart material I made to 2 new clothing items. You can get some really cool results messing with the alpha adjust and gloss slider.

If you want to have it worn over a swimsuit you can adjust the offset to give it some space.
