Fix some buttons on the control panel that don't work when using their keybinds.

some how some button keybind didn't work.
I fix all that issues now

Adjust the step of light Forge ENV

Change the light step from 48 to 24 as recommend of @Shadow Venom

Fixed the Girl Volume

I’ve reworked the girl’s audio. Some people complained that her voice and moans weren’t loud enough, so I had them redone properly at full volume and also added a volume slider so you can adjust her audio.
I also added a volume option for the storm sounds.
Have fun listening to her moan and talk dirty.

I forgot to add blinking for Vex... arrrr.

Blinking will make her look much more realistic.
