Remaster

Remaster of my first dress made for VaM,

It is made from scratch, I deleted the old files a long time ago.

Improvements

Better retopology

Mesh density is lower (there is a big improvement of GPU usage almost 20%!!!!)

Improved Sim texturing (I guess it also helped to improve performance)

Improved textures

Easy to recolor

Added an alternative version

Change of licenses from CC-BY-NC to CC-BY-NC-ND

The old dress was not deleted, I don't want to break look or scenes, so I left it.
