Added Shins! Better SilverGaze Integration.

I've added shins to the list of available parts. I've also made some changes to have Autobody hopefully cooperate with SilverGaze. Finally, I've delayed the start until after a scene finishes loading. I'm hoping this will resolve errors some users have had with scene load wonkiness.
