Audio quickspeech english pack (11 voices)

This needed some empty atom preset updates to work with NEXT template v17. The bonus is that these can be loaded from the NEXT UI too, no need to find the quickspeech atom.

There was no changes to the audiobundle content.

Voice self-loads when loading the quickspeech atom preset of a NEXT template-based scene

Steps for loading a quickspeech preset voice:

Previously:

1. Load the quickspeech preset file inside the VAR on the quickspeech atom
2. Click the "Load audiobundle" button in the Audio UI

Now:

1. Load the quickspeech preset file inside the VAR on the quickspeech atom

It's a small achievement, but an achievement nonetheless.
Tested by loading directly a quickspeech preset on the quickspeech atom or by loading from UIAssist. One less step for even faster voice changes.
