Voice self-loads when loading the quickspeech atom preset of a NEXT template-based scene

Steps for loading a quickspeech preset voice:

Previously:

1. Load the quickspeech preset file inside the VAR on the quickspeech atom
2. Click the "Load audiobundle" button in the Audio UI

Now:

1. Load the quickspeech preset file inside the VAR on the quickspeech atom

It's a small achievement, but an achievement nonetheless.
Tested by loading directly a quickspeech preset on the quickspeech atom or by loading from UIAssist. One less step for even faster voice changes.
