There's some really good stuff about this, but the one thing missing is the ability to control the foreskin more... Right now it fully covers the tip when flaccid, and for circumcised men that's not the way it actually is. Add a control for that (similar to the ability to set ranges for girth and length), and this would definitely get 5 stars from me.
