Plugins + Scripts Orifice Dynamics

For awhile I was using the "Deeper" scene plugin over this, as I felt it was better overall at managing large penetrations. While I still enjoy that plugin (and might do closer comparisons between the two at some point), the latest updates to OrificeDynamics make it feel like the current top solution for me. Removing the forced application of SoftPhysics was the cherry on top.
