I just want to state that this is a visual novel made with RenPy and it's in the "Other" category and is not a scene.

Confirmed, its not scene, that's other thing, maybe malware or something :/

This is not a VAM scene. It's an EXE (or OS-specific version of that).

That has nothing to do with Vam and I don't think it's good when people start to present their own games here
