So i tried your scene after reading your post, and I think its promising but it needs a LOT of work.
On the good part, animation are pretty ok, and the POV works great specialy in VR.
But...

-First this whole scene need a map, you can find hundred of "medieval" or kitch, old fashioned background who are free/available.
If you want to make use of Lady D, you need to set a proper ambiance or it just fall short.
-Then it comes to the lighting, you need to use a small number of light, but they MUST cast shadows.
Check the scene Penny's Ballet from Syrinxo, it's mastered when its comes to animation, sound, lighting and ambiant.
-You need to find proper sounds and fx. (Lady evil laught is great tho)
-You should try to reduce expression face to avoid difformity, Vam still struggle with that.
-You need to work on the menu a bit, adding symbol for better understanding process.
-Your scene need a proper build up, before sex.
For a scene with Lady, i suggest a fake hide & seek mini game wich lead to being caught.

Thanks for the feedback! That’s some crazy feedback—I don’t think I can deliver that much by the promised date, haha.

I’ll check out Penny’s ballet from Syrinxo. For the face deformity, can you tell me which part specifically? I don’t think I was careful enough to spot it.

The biggest reason I didn’t go for a more complex environment is that I’m struggling with my PC rig, so I wasn’t sure whether people would have rigs that could handle it. I’ll have to rethink who my target audience is—I guess their PCs are OP as hell, haha.

On the menu side, that is definitely noted, lol. I was a bit too hyped to push the content out.

The lighting part is also noted—I’m trying to stick to just three lights and switch them around depending on the animation.
