v2 Quality improvements, collisions and Unleashed propaganda removal

- removed Unleashed image
- improved visuals by enhancing/changing some areas and materials
- removed some lowpoly lights from atop the DJ table and on the walls
- added some reflections to create highlights
- improved emissive areas
- added toggle-able collision to the floor and the sitting area (benches, tables)
