Naomi Rocha, born on March 15, 1985, in the small town of Montes Claros, Minas Gerais, is a cowgirl and rancher known for her dedication to country life and her passion for the country culture. Raised in a traditional cattle-raising family, Naomi learned how to work with cattle, ride horses and manage the farm's activities from an early age.

At the age of 18, she took over part of the management of the São José Farm, a family property, where she implemented modern sustainable management techniques, ensuring the preservation of the environment and the productivity of the herd. Her skills as a cowgirl soon gained prominence in the region, participating in vaquejadas and lassoing competitions, where she won several titles.

In addition to working on the farm, Naomi is an advocate for the valorization of women in agribusiness, promoting workshops and lectures to encourage other women to pursue careers in the field. Married and mother of two children, she balances family life with the intense routine of the farm, always with a smile on her face and a leather hat on her head.
