the 2 chairs near the booby picture i have removed, is now a prefab chair .
the items on the coffee table is a single prefab ,
fixed some things with the bathroom .
Now then is this the final Version ?, Err i will put that thought on hold

this is definitely the final version as it takes so long to upload anything more than a 100 mb.
ReignMocap had said of the sofa being a bit low , the couch (sofa ) is now a prefab , i have extended the legs and also the coffee table 2
so you can raise the couch and table on the Y postion by 0.050 ,making the legs longer looked a bit odd.
i have kept the couch (sofa) in the same position and height ,so not to cause issues with androinz scene
the only aspect is having to add another Custom Unity asset for the couch (sofa)

just a simple fix of toilet water , pointed out by Tiseb being a bit higher than it was.
Moving on to other things now ,before i start hating the Modern Apartment. ☺

mostly fixes and and added ideas
added a light switch prefab with toggle switch activated by light switch plugin
appended doors plugin for closet door next to the bathroom
included huha light toggle plugin for turning off light emmisions , eg ceiling spotlights
just included the bathroom door for the demonstration of the door open and closed
i think in the timeline i added 2 others for bedroom and front door that can be used
but have to reassign the doors in the timeline trigger.

Sorry about this , thanks to Tiseb pointing out that the other door in the Hallway had no collisions.
it also made me check over any others i missed . and yep there was the stool and 2 coffee tables .

fixed an issue with the right wardrobe door , missing vertices
added extra Door in hallway on request by Tiseb

done away with the demonstration door UI buttons , as i can do without some negativity .
in sense this an asset and i put a lot of work in to some of them to share freely to the avid Vam users
The doors can be opened by the Doors plugin and the user can set it up in the way they want.

but Beginners are welcome to ask in the discussions section how to set up a button,
to animate a door to open or close using timeline with the doors plugin.

just added a experimental idea ,inspired by Hazmhox tiny bathroom ,
added a UI button to Demonstrate turn on and off lights and light probe that uses MacGrubers essentials SkyMagic

it is possible to turn on or off the spot lights emmision using a plugin by Huha,

Modern Apartment V3
created a hallway , the front door can now open and appended plugin for front door
added 2 extra UI sets of buttons to door open and close for front door and bedroom door for demonstration of using timeline . added water texture to toilet
may update later the plugin to turn off or on light emissions .

Just a small update with some fixes with, the bath taps had wrong material , the doors looked dark in contrast and window glass was hard to see through , hopefully final version , time to set sights on something else

and the Doors Plugin ,
as i was having problems with the script that i was trying to use from jiayia`s fridge plugin
but noticed that the code was Hazmhox so he fixed it and i rightly give full credit as the author of the doors plugin.

there is the bathroom door as a demonstration, using the UI button that activates the door by Acid bubbles timeline
in addition added the toilet lid to open and close

i will be updating this soon , similar to jills apartment V2 , with some fixes , the addition of a hallway and entrance door to open and close .
