How do I get this wonderful makeup preset and hairstyle in the last screenshot?

The makeup is one of my creations, if I get around to it, I am planning on updating my existing makeup pack and include a bunch more such as this one. The short pony hair style is by Theuf https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/cherryhairstyle1.23546/
