For your first (successful) model port, this is very impressive.

Some small issues like the outline of the nose still being visible up close and the scleras being image panels so they can be a pain to setup when you load the model into a new scene. Not big things but quality of life issues that can be improved with time.

Great stuff. Hope to see more models from you.
