Used 7zip to move main directory out of the var file. then moved the var file into said main directory and rescaned files.

if it was packed properly i would have given a higher rating. good model none-the-less.

Weird, someone else had the same problem with another model i uploaded but i can't replicate it with either. Are you using the last version of VAM?
