This Mai morph is not cannon to the game but more like an another adaption for VAM.
There are lots of clothing customising options. I tried my best to have her tail as a clothing item but the physics doesn't look good, CUA seems like the only option. I'll include that in next update.
I highly recommend to use "Eye Reflections (Ren)" with this this look. (Not Included)
If her eyes are too bright for your taste just slide to 0 in Iris materials > Gloss & Specular Intensity settings.
Also, I'm working on another version of Mai. As you can see she doesn't necessarily look realistic yet, mostly because of her skin texture. Her clothes doesn't have good simulation either. So, my plan is to make a realistic version of Mai and for that I need picture reference. Lots of reference.
I'm using Pion Kim's cosplay as my basic reference but let me know if have any other suggestion.
