Update 2 Fix rip in pants!

Thanks to VamTastic for the idea on how to fix rip.
  • Reduced the size of the var file
  • Fixed the rips in the seams of the pants for the Retribution outfit.
  • Adjusted the Retribution outfit to fit properly top a character model.
  • Fixed the heel problem.
